1. What is www.sportjerseyzz.com’s return policy?

We want to thank you for shopping at www.sportjerseyzz.com and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsure about your purchase, please do not wear the item(s). Merchandise may be returned under the guidelines on this page (below).

2. How do I return a purchase?
You may return a purchase by mail, according to the guidelines for each method stated below. After 20 days, items may not be returned for any reason. Apparel items must be in unused original condition with tags still attached unless problems in manufacturing exist. Before you return an item by mail, please read the following policy first:

a. If your products are lost as the shipping company's fault on the road or before it was sent abroad, please tell us, then we will resend your items for free or refund the payment to u.

b. We offer all the products pictures to you before your purchase. Pls comfirm that the size and colour is what u want. If we send ur item according to the details u offer to us, we couldn't refund payment to u, but accept for exchange. Return shipping is at buyer's expense.

c. Upon receipt of your order, please examine it carefully. If u find our products are in a bad quality or mistaken version within 3days, pls take photos of them and send them to me. Then we will resend the good items for free or refund money to u. We will take full responsibility if our goods have any quality problems.

d. www.sportjerseyzz.com advises that when shipping product back, customers should choose the same shipper that delivered the product, as well as insure the item for full value should anything happen during shipping. www.sportjerseyzz.com is not responsible for returned product in transit.

e. If ur order is out of stock, we will send e-mail to u to ask u to change for aother item or just refund all ur payment (including ur freight) to u within 24 hours.

3. Can I return merchandise that has been worn?

Whether or not you have the packing slip, normal wear and tear is not warranted on any merchandise. Exchanges on worn merchandise will only be made when the damage is caused by a manufacturer 's defect. Items cut or sliced by sharp objects cannot be exchanged. After 3 days, items may not be returned for any reason.

4.What happens if I am out when you deliver?

The courier/carrier will leave a notice in a safe place, or will arrange to redelivery if you are unavailable to sign for the package. If that, Please contact local post office as soon as possible to get the package. However, if you are always not there, the parcel will be returned, please contact our Customer Service team for reship.

5.How do I track my order?

We will give a tracking number and the relative web for you to check the shipmet status online. Please take it easy to contact our customer service if you have any questions. Of course, we will check the status for you sometime and remind you. But it would be better for you to track the status yourself. For we are too busy to leak some check sometimes.

6.Is it safe to pay via credit card?

You are right, it is safe.Your money is sent to our account, but we have no rights to know any information about your card information. So if there's any problem about payment, you can contact the card issuer.
